eWOCE WHP Hydrographic, Nutrient and Tracer Data

Bottle Data
Description:
The WoceBtl collection contains hydrographic, nutrient and tracer
data from the one-time and repeat WOCE Hydrographic Program (*_hy1.csv files from
the WHPO web-site as of May/27/2002). Also included are more
than 2000 stations from pre-WOCE cruises.
Note that the data in the WoceBtl collection have been scanned for outliers using the interactive and automatic methods of the ODV
software. A number of data points have subsequently been marked questionable or
bad in the WoceBtl
data collection. See file WoceBtl.log for a log of these changes.
Within ODV you can utilize the data quality information to filter data by means of
the sample selection criteria.
Usage: Open file <DVD>/ewoce/data/whp/bottle/WoceBtl.var with Ocean Data View. Load one of the provided configuration files or browse the data interactively. <DVD> above represents the drive or mount-point of your DVD.

CTD Data
Description: The WoceCTD collection contains hydrographic and oxygen CTD data from the one-time and repeat WOCE Hydrographic Program (*_ct1.csv files from the WHPO web-site as of May/27/2002).
Usage: Open file <DVD>/ewoce/data/whp/ctd/WoceCTD.var with Ocean Data View. Load one of the provided configuration files or browse the data interactively. <DVD> above represents the drive or mount-point of your DVD.
